Need to return a product?
To return a product at Deepoutdoors , you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Customer number
- Invoice number or order number
- Item serial number(s)
- The number of items being returned
- Whether the product box has been opened
- Nature of the problem
In general, Deepoutdoors accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 15 days. However, Deepoutdoors reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 15 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 15 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Deepoutdoors on returned items, and Deepoutdoors will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within 15 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Deepoutdoors discretion.
If your return merchandise is accepted, we will post a credit to your Credit Card or PayPal account within 24 hours from the time that we receive the product(s) in our distribution center. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a PayPal, a refund will be issued within 2 business days from the date the returned product is received by our receiving department. Restocking fee up to 20% of purchase price might be charged.
